Responsibilities
On any given day in this role, you will:
- Rapidly build and iterate on product features and tooling to drive the business forward
- Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of agents and software solutions
- Work directly with customers to design and deliver solutions to their problems
- Contribute to key design decisions and guide the evolution of our technical architecture
- Design code patterns, tooling, and agentic workflows to continuously level up our engineering practices
- Monitor and maintain the health and security of the production systems our customers depend on
- Evaluate and systematically improve agent systems through measured experimentation
- Collaborate directly with the founders and team on product direction and strategy

Full-Stack Fundamentals

Tech Stack
On the backend, we use TypeScript, Express, Prisma, LangGraph, and Temporal for workflow orchestration. On the frontend, we build with React, Tailwind CSS, and tRPC in a Turborepo monorepo tested with Vitest and Playwright.
Our infrastructure is hosted on GCP with Postgres, Elasticsearch, Terraform, and dbt.
We work in Linear, Github, Notion, Figma, and Slack. We drive modern coding agents alongside our own internal agents daily.
